You are viewing a read-only archive of the Carrion Fields discussion forums built from a snapshot of the forum database on 2026-08-25. The search page works, though it is not as sophisticated as the old forum search. This archive encompasses approximately 25 years of CF discussion. Today, that discussion continues on Discord (see the main website for a link).

Some of the special-purpose forums are listed below along with their replacements (as of writing):

You got it, consistency. Today it's quotation marks for multi worded skills / spells.

Why is it the sk 'shield block' doesn't work, instead it is sk shield block and on the other hand, sp detect invis doesn't work, but requires sp 'detect magic' ?

Why does it try to list a skill that you don't even have if the abbreviation is too short? If there are many skills of same abbreviation, I'd rather have it show all the skills of that abbreviation the character has instead of showing or trying to show the wrong one.

Obviously if you want to know your spell % for detect invis, the command sp 'detect magic' isn't the way to go. Hopefully you get the point anyway.
