Can't this be done w/ create spring? I.e. if you create a spring in a room that's on fire, it douses the fire? Geyser seems too out-of-control for an invoker to hit only the fire, and not, say, other people standing in the room.
That said, if geyser IS cast in a room that's on fire, it should probably douse the fire without having to be specially targeted.
