Meaning, allow people with 9 levels difference that are in each other's PK range to group with each other, providing that this isn't barred by opposite alignments. It's kind of silly that they can PK each other but cannot group.

There are two group restrictions in particular...alignment which isn't going away, and level, which also isn't going away.
