#695, "Make it so familiars quit waking up automatically at random, with no echo"
|
It really sucks when you're trying to heal your familiar and it keeps waking up spontaneously without you even knowing it so you can at least tell it to go back to sleep. I've had this happen with dragon, monkey, and coyote

Could it be linked to the wake/rest/stand state of the conjurer?
I know when I've played mobs with pets, they seem to also leave the sleeping/resting state, and my impression at the time was that it was related to me changing my state. e.g., if I order them to rest, then I sleep, then I stand or rest, they'll stand. Or something like that.

Nope, the tests that I've done I didn't have to do a damn thing and pets would wake up.
So long, and thanks for all the fish!

Hunger?
Or what about voiding out from inactivity? Then when they are 'activated' againt, maybe on a tick, the natural position of a familiar is to be awake. *shrug*
