My request is that friendly or enemy ghosts inside a cabal not affect outer guardian repop time. Right now enemies can have buddies that died hang out in the cabal to keep it open.

I don't want to have to special case both the areas that this happens in, with the fact that a PC is a ghost to make sure resets could happen then.
