You are viewing a read-only archive of the Carrion Fields discussion forums built from a snapshot of the forum database on 2026-08-25. The search page works, though it is not as sophisticated as the old forum search. This archive encompasses approximately 25 years of CF discussion. Today, that discussion continues on Discord (see the main website for a link).

Some of the special-purpose forums are listed below along with their replacements (as of writing):

I guess on the plus side without it, I find the occasional spot you can quit from.

Why would you need this? And why isn't quit good enough?

Say, I was in a fight a while ago and need a place to hole up and rest some. If I'm near Galadon, my guild may or may not be a good choice, but I don't want to be stuck at the guild entrance because I'm too bloody to get in. Also, if my opponent drops off the who list, I like to know if it's because he quit as soon as he can or as some way of dropping out of view. So, in these circumsances I type quit to see if my adrenaline has cooled down or not.

Instead of a command, making it a prompt option or putting it in the "score" output seems like a better idea.

if you are really on a level where this is an issue, you should write a tick counter, and just figure out how long adrenalin lasts.
