Even pushing them through the bond won't change the fact that they nerf healing. If you don't know the spell, it will nerf your healing.

Such that dam redux originating from cabal powers didn't nerf healing. Not that I'm saying they need it, but shouldn't say, stone skin from bonding with a shifter count as dam redux through a cabal power?
