What about reducing the delay on things like the fly supplication/spell? I've always wondered why sups/spells that can't be used in combat have such a long delay (equivalent of maybe 2 rounds?) when used under normal conditions. Frenzy fell into that category as well if I recall from my old healer character.

Fly is 1 round already.

Frenzy is 2 rounds because it is very simliar to berserk (which is also 2 rounds).

Hate to break it to ya Zulg, but berserk's only a one-round lag. Not that I really care in the discussion, but it's fun to prove the mighty Zulg wrong
