I think cabal leaders being able to add a little exp(similar to IMM exp) would be a nice little "thumbs up" to characters of your cabal displaying exemplary roleplay or actions.

Of course, I don't think it should be any way as potent as an IMM exp gain. Maybe like 500-1000 exp and either no edge points at all, or very few of them. Maybe put a huuuge timer on it, or make it a once a week deal or something like that so it cannot be abused.

I just think this would be a cool little perk for a leader and other players alike-- It will give players a little something more to work towards... They will strive to impress/push RP/performance. Also gives the leader a little something more to do than say "Good Job." over cabal channel.

Feel free to kick it around and mold it how you see fit, but I feel it would be a good addition.
