I mean there is def a group of chars out there who die a lot more then the average joe. Some of these players are great contributors and it might be better to keep them around but are not deserving of leader con. How about some edge that could either be only imm given or one that would require you have X ammount of imm experience or whatever that would up you to 4 deaths or 5 deaths per point of con?

They can train con. As for making it MORE deaths per con, I don't think so. Con deaths are rare enough as it is, and some of the ones you see are people being idiots and spam-killing themselves to end it all.
