I see some old posts kicking the idea around. If so, did it bring in new players? I know a good chunk of the players are about my age now and probably have some spare change laying about. If it's a simple matter of needing funds for ads (which presumably will bring players), I know I would be willing to contribute generously.

Part of it is about increasing the playerbase. Part of it is about sharing a game that has been a part of my life since I was 14 (1997) and is the best, most in depth, and by far the most rewarding game I've ever played. The kids that have grown up with xbox and dragon agefallout/witcher don't realize what they're missing...
