A suggestion, for my business the single most useful question whenever someone new goes through the door:

"How did you found out about us?"
The usefulness of the question is obvious

Maybe after someone types y for "are you new to carrion fields?"
have a line asking "please write down how you found out about us"

Just a suggestion, in my case this question helps me see what marketing is working and when I am wasting my time and money.
