Please help. I am only trying to make one character. My computer crashed. I come back to this message. I have rebooted several times. Have unplugged the modem, let it sit. What must I do to fulfill my raving urge to mud???

Basically, the MUD occasionally still thinks you are connected when you lose a connection, even if you're not. This will generally resolve itself within 20 minutes or so with an automatic disconnect.
