Is listed as a skill on the info page but there is no helpfile for it
and is not listed in the skills-list in game.

I am guessing Caverndwellers were "overpowered" and it was removed?

It's just what happens when a cavern dweller ranger does a normal ambush in a cave.

That normal ambush becomes a highly reliable onslaught cripple ambush.

A cavern Savage would be pretty niche, but if onslaught with a spear is stackable with caverndwellers dive....

I don't think you can stack onslaught on top of dive.

I think it is just a single onslaught and cripple that's reliable and not gimped.

It's in the normal Ambush help file. Though dive may not be tagged as a help item.

I never played a caverndweller, but as a default I guess the dive type cannot be entered with the ambush command like the other types (onslaught, disarm etc).
