As Iunna pointed out, we can't see (or reset) your password. Even if we could reset it, we simply don't have a good enough system for verifying one's identity.

Be glad you were level 5 instead of 51 and chalk this up to a hard lesson in choosing a (strong) password you'll remember!

I've schedule an experience bonus for tomorrow so if you don't remember your password, hopefully you'll be able to play during that and make up the difference extra quickly.

Passwords are encrypted. Even the IMMs can't retrieve that info.
