My best guesses are:
is in perfect health - 100%
has a few scratches - 90-99%
has some small but disgusting cuts - 75-89%
is covered with bleeding wounds - 50-74%
is gushing blood - 25-49%
is writhing in agony - 10-24%
is convulsing on the ground - 0-9%

Confirm/deny/correct pretty please?

This is what I have.. I have no idea when/how I compiled all of these but it was probably 10 years ago. I'm pretty sure they're accurate.

Combat statistician gives more detail (smaller ranges). This info predates edges.

I was under the impression that:

"writhing in agony" is displayed as yellow when you color is on...

and

"convulsing on the ground" is displayed as red in your prompt.


Useless side note: I once LOL'd pretty hard when a character was convulsing on the ground and tripped me. The literal scenario being fairly hilarious to envision as a battle.
