How can rangers be battleragers if they have spells? Doesn't that go against what ragers stand for? Are you suppose to not use your spells even if your class has them?

Rangers automatically lose the ability to use their spells the moment they pledge and/or get inducted.

Before that, yes, I would strongly suggest not using your spells if you plan on going Village.

PS That means no IMBUE WEAPON, remember that well.
