Hello, I'm new in CF but not for DIKUmud. I played one time to
another very similar to CF MUD.
I would like to find someone who speaks in Russian for a quick
overview of the CF. There's more that there are other
problems.

Some of them are gone, but you should check out www.qhcf.net.
I believe Murphy is Russian or can at least speak Russian. You
won't be able to private message right away over there, but
you can post and he will see.
Not sure how many Russians read officials.

Try to find Shaapa, Alex, Beront, Dwoggurd...
