How is the re-population of equipment handled? Is it "randomly" checked back into the mob when the limit is under it's maximum? Does it happen at a regular interval when the limit is under maximum? or Does it happen after a reboot?

If the item is under its limit, it will come back to a mob when the game reboots or when the area repopulates if the mob was killed.
