Does protection have a reduced affect on toning down neutral damage or does it have no affect?

Is there a protection_neutral spell to be had? Or will neutrals always do 100% damage compared to 75% of protection?

Speaking of protection, there is a certain potion that grants that, thought it seems sometimes it grant protection from good, other times from evil. With one on, I can quaffle as many as I like, it will not change to protection from the other allignment.

Could be wrong, war very tired when I tried.

I assume you are neutral.

If you are affected by protection from good, you cannot also be affected by protection from evil.
