What's the deal with this skill? It has a helpfile and syntax for casting it, so apparently players can (or could) use it as a spell, but after I asked in the newbie channel apparently it's not obtainable. Is it a really obscure spell, or was it removed but the helpfile wasn't, or what?

If I am recalling correctly, it use to be an old necromancer spell. And when I say old, like 9+ years ago. It would put a -dam and hit on the weapon, but had a slim chance to make the weapon no-drop or no-remove. The counter to the enchant weapon spell Invokers?? had.

Ah, cool. Does anyone know why it was removed? It sounds like it could actually be pretty cool for tricking people or with a pickpocket to help.
