I know you're dormant and all, but on a whim I roled an empowered character. I have a couple of questions.

1) Are there certain things you like to see in an empowered character before you do the first talk? like a number of hours played, role written, etc...

2) Once the empoweree hits 20, do you prefer them to hang aroud your shrine for empowerment, or do you activly seek them out if they've done all the emails, notes and praying and stuff?

3) Are you willing to make OOC appointments for each empowerment? This isn't Ideal I know, but I know you're busy with your child and such.
