I've been wanting to make a baerinika pally for a while now...I just don't know where to find your shrine. I've been looking, have even asked in character, and somebody told me in the mountains near the valley of veran, but I've searched Kiadan-Rah, and I can't find it....could you give me some help maybe....anyone?

You're definitely looking in the right spot.

Things to consider:

1) Baer's shrine is located near somewhat dangerous stuff, but as it's designed to be reachable by low level characters, you can probably make the assumption you don't need to go very deep into Kiadana, Veran, etc. Try not to mob die.

2) LOOK everywhere. Shrines are often concealed by non-obvious exits that are referenced in room/exit descriptions. If you only look at the visible exits, you're not very likely to find a handful of shrines.
