* Outlander ooze pit will spit items out after they've been fixed, after a reasonable delay.
- As part of the above I had to rework how echoes and stuff works. In doing this I noticed a handful of echoes not working at all since the people who coded them didn't realize echoes worked how they did. As a result you may see some echoes you would not have been able to see before. *BUT THIS WAS A TRICKY FIX, SO HELP ME KEEP AN EYE ON BUGS HERE PLEASE*
