Banshee is going to be a bit different from here-on out.

Previously it was a bit too merciless in its instant-kill, leaving the targets feeling like they could do nothing to improve their chances, which is pretty accurate.

Banshee now has slightly different behavior. It still has a chance to kill, but a more reasonable.

It will be better now in certain situations, but worse in others, compared to being always the #1 choice at night.
