- Learning rates for sub 20 defenses are higher across the board.
- Learning rates for second/third attack have increased.
- Non-melee classes can now learn weapons by opponent observation (melee classes do so more easily).
- Learning weapons by opponent observation is now slightly more likely.
- Certain factors that increase XP per mob (e.g., Outlanders killing common Outlander enemies) have increased (again).
