Monday-Friday, your best bet is 6-9PM or so system time. Daevryn is often around later into the evening than that, and Rayihn is often around for a short while in the mornings, circa 6-7AM.

Weekends, anytime that someone on system time would be awake is a possibility.

Obviously, we're not on CF 100% of the time that we're not sleeping or working, but those are your best bets.
