From Wikipedia:

There are only two people who make Hanghang, the inventors Felix Rohner and Sabina Schärer. They have a little workshop in Berne where every Hang in existence was made. Since 2006 the Hang Makers do not ship instruments directly nor do they sell them through any retailers. To obtain a Hang prospective customers must send a letter to request an invitation to the workshop in Berne. Worldwide offers for used Hanghang are rare, and prices in Internet auctions have been exceptionally high.

This old fella invents crazy instruments in his retirement, and his propane tank Hang Drum (the "Hank Drum") is pretty awesome. He even gives complete instructions on how to make and tune it on his website.
