Thanks for the chats, without them I still think my char wouldn't know what it means to really be a scion. Many of the things we spoke of I use and pass down to the others before I induct them. There was even one warrior who wished to follow in your foot steps, I wonder if he got to talk with you. -shrug-

Decided I'd make a shot at Scion, started a transy, and then everything changed *RIGHT* when I hit 30. All that effort to get shapeshift, and suddenly it's moved to 15 *sigh*. So I started out w/ two forms then, got tortoise at like 35, crane at 37, mongoose at 47...and once I got that, I hit 51 in about an hour, to get golden eagle. Never wrote down a role at all, though it was more or less that I desired knowledge, and thought Warlocks foolish for trying to forbid certain areas. I was rarely aggressive, and picked defensive/air...which was a horrible mistake, considering the new changes and the forms I got. Mongoose does have some amazing abilities, but it also has some nasty vulnerabilities too. And most air forms seem to be just weak versions of mongoose. Good dodging, no special attack dodging though, and no damage. Then it was just *BORING*. If I was lucky, I'd be in a group pk, and get to spam distract as everyone tries to redirect to the damage dealers. Yay.
Stezxmon, and...that first conjurer Warlock leader, though I can't remember the name...were the most enjoyable times I had probably, aside from playing politics along w/ Cahsena and Maymunah. Sad to think that the most heart-pumping experience I had with him was talking to Stezxmon, him saying he'd talk to his Lord, and seeing "Your Lord Knows.", directed at him. Other than that...nothing. I saw Scarabaeus talk to Lokilith briefly, and the pks were either me dodging everything, or me being utterly unable to dodge anything, just able to sit as Rio picks me to death, bards and invokers start dealing >>> ANNIHILATES <<<, or people just whittling away as I deal such pathetically little daamge.
Just figured I'd make a post, rather than leave anyone wondering, and if anyone has a question about Sarenth, feel free to ask, and I'll try and answer.

I had almost forgotten you. *wink* They asked if you were friend or foe, I didn't know, and then you attacked the ranger. The first thing before my "I'm coming" was "Well, he's no friend". I was happy to talk to you, it had been quite some time. I was somewhat suprised to find my ambush hit you also, and even more surprised that you asked me to try again, just to see. It seems every time I find a scion I start to like, #2 delete. Oh well. For someone with no role, you were pretty cool. Good luck with your next, see you in the fields, and I can't imagine what ranking that combo of a muter was like.

*chuckle* Well, Thorian hit me with another ambush today...that kinda broke the camel's back. I'd been debating about deleting, and finally decided that hell, if I can't even dodge ambushes anymore, it wasn't worth it. As for asking you to do it again, that was more because my character (and me) wanted to figure out how you actually pulled it off. I did have some interesting chats with you and Plyate, though I didn't mention them because once I start to mention that, it gets to be a much larger list of things than I wanted to get into. As for my role, I always had that vague idea, just never wrote anything down concrete, and so wouldn't be posting one here *chuckle*. Ranking...yeah, it sucked...horribly. Up to 30, I managed to get groups being able to haste and slow, then I got the giant pachyderm....I could tank some, through sa'angreal, easily obtainable shield & aura wands, and transform every 24 hours. Then the tortoise....at least there, I had a such a great resist blunt, that I was able to tank elite storms from when I first had it. But I'm *never* picking that combo of shifter for anything, again. *shudder*

Heh, You were able to kill people with that combination. Unfortunately it was a deafened Invoker at the time. Had an interesting conversation about forms and stuff in general but wasn't exactly in the mood to speak about it with you seeing as you just killed a friend of mine. Hope you understand.
Also I appreciate anonymity if you can figure out who I was playing. Good luck on your next character but I do have to agree that your final forms combination is not that good. Mongoose is a great form and I think you simply get better at it with practice. Not sure how long you've had it and used it. Ask Daemelin on how well it can dodge ambush and stuff like that. *shrug* God knows he's one damn ass annoying guy. I mean that in the utmost respect of course.
Good luck on your next character.

Was great fun chatting with you those different times. I should also thank you for them. It seems that our interactions for the most part got me my virtues. Take care.
