Hold up now. I never asked for this name to reinstated, so why is there some other dude making a mockery of my past character?
Even worse after I travelled with the guy and realized what a terrible empowerment class he is.

Is a flaw.
There was a CF crash a few years ago that pwiped us. That made all names before that point available. There has been a few repeats.
