I gotta ask (since it's apparent to most players), why isn't the big hand of smackdaggery being laid on these two? I guess I can laugh when I beat the living crap out of them, but based on the inaction by the higher aboves, I'm tempted to get my own permas.

Sure Graatch and Rogue play asshole characters, but it's NOT against the rule. Permas (last I checked) is. Not to mention apparently one or two of them are in scions now...just find it really weird.
