Bug Submissions: on the main website, click "Bug Board"
Code Changes: code changes (not bug fixes) are documented on Discord

Apologies to Koolchi and anyone else who had posted. There was a log posted containing active characters and rather than delete it I wanted to hide it until I could consult the active characters to verify that they were ok with it. Unfortunately I've learned that the forum software not only hid the entire thread, but will (currently) not allow me to unhide it.
