You are viewing a read-only archive of the Carrion Fields discussion forums built from a snapshot of the forum database on 2026-08-25. The search page works, though it is not as sophisticated as the old forum search. This archive encompasses approximately 25 years of CF discussion. Today, that discussion continues on Discord (see the main website for a link).

First of all, I wanna thank the entire imm crew for the work I've presenced in this mud for the six years aerilas was alive. Changing many times the server, finding hosts, working and modeling the codes, revamping and creating classes, editing creating and adjusting areas, dealing with players, and thousands of other duties that they know well. Without you no carrion fields, what would mean, the lost of a wonderful place, where many come to enjoy great adventures, intense fights, and to give freedom to imagination.
I still can remember the time where the old clerics should give place to the new healers, like today, with thieves and neo thieves, was clearly to me the time when the tricky shadows were walking around thera, the fights of the brave knights of thera, the ancient gods watching the mortals from their thrones, the many modifications the magi suffered, coming from old acidic necros and metal molders anti-magic shielded invokers to the new adpets of transmutation, as the hellfire assassins and the my mistress eye bards, well, lots of history to be told to my nephews and any that would like to listen.
But I intend to be briefly here, I would not mention names due to the amount of people I've seen, but I cannot forget my special thanks to thumurag, ventania, arkebelias, oggro, hal, jesrad, shermie, mooreouiszs, majzetsch, jaldean, justin, radickon, ignacius, ishmael thyrrien, nepenthe, tess and holtzendorf, and so many others, I've learned a lot with you, always loved the interaction and the fights, and I would like to thank you Pico, for the knowledge, patience and time, and I really hope cf would count with you for many many years, I am a great admirer of the way you keep things walking.
