maelgwyn you are the "only" one to of fought me solo in probally 30 levels, if the other scions ever grow balls like you, everyone would be in trouble.

Overall a two-handed paladin I think would go better for
pk'ing then a shield spec except there needs to be...oh...
about 10x the amount of decent two-handed weapons Shield
specs are good for exploring though. And just learn how to
avoid those gangbangs or pick them off on your own. As
for advice on your next paladin, always have preps, especially
teleport potions, they'll save your life. As for my other advice
if you go a paladin again, don't go for Shokai as your patron.
Pick another imm who is less busy, you'll get more interaction,
as well as have an easier time picking up a virtue. Shokai is one
of the most busy and popular Imm's so he has to watch several
people he has to watch. Otherwise you did good, but practice
your strikes up and templars defense and you'll be quiet happy.

And we shall pretend you didn't gang me 4-1 and full loot?

Well we didnt interact all that much. Was me asking you where you were hiding and you telling me all sorts of cute "Im gonna kick your ass" type stuff. But I did like your char, id genuinely get excited when I saw him on. Ofcourse my one beef with you was you were way to cautious. Something I dont really envision a maran paladin being. As far as fighting alone stuff goes. Its the only way I get any joy out of my chars these days. Not to say I dont pk with groups. I just get more joy out of it when I do it alone. That being said that fight we had in Shadar Lagoth, me and graakur vs you Cyrmichen and that arcane mutie. I thought I was fucking insane for going after 2 hasted paladins and an arcane. The warrior thought I was daft too, but we made it work. That was definately one of my more exciting fights.
That being said il give you one piece of advice for your next char, take risks. Push the envelop as far as pk situations go. Caution is good and all, god knows I dont use enough of it. But if you wanna get badass status on CF you gotta throw caution to the wind with a few chars to learn the ins and outs of pkilling and pk tactics. Now dont be suicidal but dont be fretting over the eq to fight only fights you can win. Push the situations, sometimes you will win sometimes you will loose. But you will find that as time goes on you will find yourself wining those situations more and more.
