I've moved on, you could say. Unfortunately, not playing CF the past few weeks has made me much more productive in real life, especially work. Who would have thought...

Hikuhiel was a fun character. I wanted a character that could be more organic than usual and took a different spin on spheres and all of that. It worked out well, although I do admit I had a few periods of boredom due to being so open-ended on the role. In the end, too, I decided that I just couldn't quite pull off the roleplay like it deserved. All of that conflict I forced from time to time never came out naturally.

Yean, I appreciated the email after the role contest. That was too cool of you and a part of the reason I steered Hiku to the Village. Thanks to the Village imms for being favorable and inducting me, as well.

Striking the shadow's footfall really was a role-based legacy choice. I was extremely disappointed in it, too. It built up slowly and seemed like it was forgotten just minutes after a fight. Calming did not seem to give a boost to spellbane or diminish spells all that much either. Both were rather blah, and combined with my specs made the build a bit tough to do much with. Just poor choices, in my opinion.

I was bummed to miss the rites. I didn't want a leadership position but I do have a soft-spot for the rites. It's a great experience. And I also wanted to make sure someone deserving got the leader spot (like Gargunter or Atrinycyn). Fjarn getting it is great, too, I just rarely saw him when I was playing.

Fjarn, thanks for taking the time to pursue me out as a new applicant in the 40s. That impressed me. Hiku was not about to ask for recommendations and it was awesome to see you come to me. Good talks, smooth character. Good luck.

Gargunter, I wanted to somehow 'fix' the rites to go in your direction. You reminded me of an old Thinhallen. Well played, great attitude. Only downside is we only played together when I took off from work during the day.

Atrinycyn, you did well. I liked running around with you, our styles meshed pretty nicely. Have fun!

Ckol, great attitude. Just a shame we played terribly together when grouped. But I much prefer solo-killers than teams.

Nuental, Draghal, Bayamon, Lalyval, enjoyed the snippets of fun.

Had a lot of great enemies. All of the scions were classy, evil, and pretty fierce. Being a hero-range applicant sure didn't help! Nexus and the slew of shapeshifters also provided a lot of fun. One bit of advice to gnomes - calling someone a coward and pansy doesn't quite fit the 'wise, profound' bill. Especially when said someone doesn't have head...

Anyway, I picked up the pbf.

Enjoy!

Was really looking forward to some more interactions with you, they were scarce, but enjoyable.

I know the feeling about not matching up the RP, I had the same feeling with my previous char...
