Shouldn't you at least say a proper goodbye to your friendly neighbourhood shaman?

Best for your next one. Bah! Everyone is leaving...

I have always liked playing elves, and elven warriors in particular, notwithstanding that they do not make the best warriors. For those of you who know, he was modelled after the elven lords from Lord of the Rings, which i felt was appropriate given that there are a number of lotr areas in carrion fields. While I enjoyed the character, I did not do justice to being a strong, elven swordsman as befitting those from the lord of the rings. This, coupled with the hours and hours and hours of rearmoring, and the cold shoulders I got from my attempts at a quest, plus only to die and be fully looted, took too much of a toll and took the enjoyment out of the character. Of course, lots of people never get quests, always get looted, and soldier on, but I supposed I just got tired in the end.

Some farewells:

Enemies:

Naumajair: Fought you twice, and both times you showed me what a prepared anti-paladin can do. My playing style is reckless, and I should have payed attention to the loss of movement.

Daiken: Mesharrah is probably more skilled than you, but you're a good player in your own right. I was almost certain I had you trapped, entwined and wrathed, but you got away as usual.

Dwoggurd: One of the best warriors in the realm. Always prepped, always tough, making groups flee. Well done.

Krivohan: Tough Lion. Also always prepped, and you have good tactical knowledge, knowing whom to make flee and whom to attack first, with good use of your shifting at the right moments.

Dullameh: I was unimpressed with you when you started out while I was playing a scion, but you seem to have grown into the role with skill. Ever since I joined the Maran, I've been looking for a few people to group to kill you, but it never took place.

Diriaric: A rager with honor.

Ooqogar: Funny big general.

Reiger: Wasn't personal that I was always after you, you were drow.

Friends:

Thelleneor wasn't really close to anyone, spending the majority of his time alone. In no particular order:

Lintronea: You flee too soon, but you were always cheerful and ready to help. Appreciate that.

Nilomasen/Verienel/Lasella : Warlock invokers who helped me and whom I could count on.

Aliera/Zardik/Turgethal/Karhon : Saw you all once or twice, but it was nice to talk occasionally to people of like mind.

Kerikorlian : The only Maran I grouped with to do any hunting at all. MY comments already on your section.

Samtuka: Cute little thief, very lovable.

Cariatid: I am sorry for the attack on the inn. I should not have done so. You too, were a friend of sorts.

Sharukin: Also another friend I travelled with, thanks for the help with the coral rings, and the travelling. I remember how painful it was ranking in the mid 40s without a proper third.

I've always wanted to try an elven swordsman. You seemed to pull off one pretty well. I'm curious did you pick the elf aimed legacies? And how did the legacies work out for an elf sword spec?

Good luck with your next one.

Well, I'm sorry to see you go, it's always nice having a maran around. As for that fleeing thing if you mean the death at the chasm, yea. I had gotten bit with the "I don't want to lose my set" bug at that time, I've felt bad about that fight ever since. For what it's worth, it's passed.

As for the bladesong thing, if that was the quest you were seeking, I've known a few after it, and never once heard about an imm actually getting involved. I don't think that one flys in Asgaard.

At least now, I won't have to worry about finding a couple of preps I think you always beat me to *giggle*

This character was real easy to like persistant and somewhat annoying is going about it. Never did like killing you, but you seemed to have a good grasp on a warrior, you just needed to work on your tactics a bit. See you with the next one.

You handled an elven warrior surprisingly well I must say, I was very impressed. Sorry you had to go, you and Arharah were the only ones outside the grove that I could count on would be willing to strike the Chasm anytime I asked. Thought we had a good fight against the lich and his followers, although I knew we had zero chance. Good luck with the next one.

I thought you did a pretty good job of playing a maran.

What was going on in your head? From rank 40-51 you would attack the outer about 3 times an hour and then do nothing.
Once I heroed you'd attack in larger groups (going for the wrath/entwine) and still, you very rarely went beyond the outer.

You fought well and gave a reason to respect elf warriors but I feel you were rather reluctant to bust-a-move.

I didn't take it personal. Every time I ran into you, It seemed to be bad timing. Kind of the wrong place at the wrong time. It was one of Rieger's goals to find you alone, and kill you. The one time it happened, you were in the Galadon's warrior guild, and Tobeldest and I were opening a guild, then I would go after you. Except an ass load of lightwalkers strolled into the city. I didnt press the issue further. Anyways, I agree with you. I love playing elven warriors too. I wanted to try a drow, and wow they have tons of enemies. Next time I'll stick with elven, or possibly a wood-elf. You were in a way Riegers opposite. And, it bothered the hell out of him that he never got to kill you. Although our characters never really verbally interacted a job well done on your evil hunt. You certainly were a thorn in my side.

I liked Thelleneor. Didn't really get to know him much, but we dueled once or twice. Kept expecting him to come fight me, and knew it could be a fun fight. Good luck with the next.
