like I log in one day and uhhh ? who is this lvl 44 app wtf ? then everyone tells me you were real green so I didnt wana rush into things... I tryed to get a few ideas of why you were such a old app and alot of people doubted your style and everything with the mid life decision to join battle. I was unsure what to make of it, I knew you put your own ass out on the line a few times but I also knew that this was either a long break return char, or someone very new to CF so I was kinda torn.
Do I induct you and try to teach you all about battle and hope that you make out well enough that It dosent reflect poorly on me and more importantly on the village.
Do I not induct you knowing that once your in battle your going to be fighting everyone and there mother in groups and raids and guna prob have distaste for cf and all the pk and madness.
Do I let you hang out there with app title and get pounced on cus everyone knows your with out the perks for the most part.
Do I try to come up with some things for you to acomplish and hope that it helps you learn some things and then kinda coach you into battle and then do what I can to not make it a "bleh throw away" char.
I ultimatly didnt know what to do, but then you deleted.
I am sorry if I made the wrong decision by letting it linger for a while but I needed to see that you were realy into it...
Again I am sorry it didnt work out and I am sorry that our playing times didnt mesh better so that I could have put more time into helping you.
I hope you come back to the village sometime soon with everything you learned and keep learning
Good luck in the fields and keep at it

Aah, thanks for that.
No problem at all, I was prepared to be treanten kinda badly, but everyone was quite nice to me.
I had some fun trying to help raiding nexus but well, couldn't stand the dmg dealt in there. ^^
And yes indeed, I will return to the village. Not with my next char but perhaps the one after that. Suits me kinda well really.

I'm sorry to see you go, player-wise. You seemed like an experienced player who was trying something different.
Characterwise, I'm confused and bemused. My character didn't push for your induction because you seemed to spend an awful lot of time with imperials and other heavily magic using evils, with the spectre of the associated magi hanging over you.
And, a midlife crisis into being a villager looked a little weird, esp since your note acknowledged the midlife crisis part of it but didn't give any reason. My character was starting to peg you as an attempt at an Imperial spy.
I'm really confused as to what was going on and what you were going for, since you're out I'd love a bit of the story.

Well, ahrm... Maynak did not really know what he was doing. ^^ Since it was my second char after returning from a 6 years absence from CF. The char had several different goals through it's life. 1: Join tribunal, but after an unfortunate even in Galadon I became wanted and that was scrapped. ^^ But that was good as well. 2: Join the Heralds, but that was really brief. For a short period I also considered becomming evil and join the empire. But it seemed to be a bit much since my ultimate goal was to get back into CF and get the hang of it again. 3: I decided to become a villager since it fit my mood and thoughts for the time quite well. Almost all my parties was interupted by mages and I think half of my deaths was by them as well. Those and assassins.
Ultimatly I learned alot by playing Maynak, I had some pretty cool ideas for a while but I scrapped it all when my con went down... (I was down at 6 con when I deleted.)
Thanks everyone for the time, I'm off to my next char whom most likely will become FAR better.
