The few times that we got to travel together were fun, especially hunting down the midnight dragon and almost getting killed because of the damned bleeding. I wish I got the chance to learn more about the character though.

Well, I must say, playing the Fortress could be a ton of fun at times, and at others be very frustruating...

This is my first goodie char in a while, and my first elven warrior that I got past the first few dozen ranks, and my first Fortie member. So, for all that, it was a good run. And I accomplished a fair bit with Elleinia. So that was all good.

What I couldn't accomplish, however, is building a good PK char. I know I'm not in the Elite realm when it comes to PK'ing and RP'ing, as I'm sure some of you great players could make my mix work... but I couldn't get it to work the way I wanted.

I chose whips/spears, along with Striking the Shadow Footfall and Whispers Of The Great Siege.

I was hoping that elven dex, with Striking and spears would keep me in a fight long enough to be avoiding tons of melee blows, and then switch to flail/entwine to keep my foe from running away. Unfortunately, that didn't work out for me too well. Whispers, I figured I'd take because I had hoped that I would be able to rest/regen to full anyone I impaled then choked out, so I could reengage.

Thanks to all for making CF a great place for me to spend my free time. Anyone who posts, I'll be sure to respond.

I met alot of great chars during my time in the Fort - Astinax, Depoesthe (boy, i just butchered that), Draktel, Phryxal, among others - so many others.

I think we only really fought once where in a round everything went my way and that odd thing happened baffeling us both.

I would've liked to fight you more.

I thought we were going to have a fight that was going to last a while... and then BLAM... 800 or so HPs gone in one round. Now, I didn't have any protections other than protection from evil, but still, I wasn't expecting such pain.

The thing I remember about you the most was that one time when I got abandoned in the Wastes of Nonviel and you came out looking for me even though you didn't know how to navigate them any better. That was great, us running around, first trying to find each other, and then trying to find our way out. Would've been better if we'd gotten out alive, but it was still great. I would've liked to have interacted with you more, but then things got busy for Tiatan. Ah well. Good luck with your next.

I never really cared about dying with Elleinia, and I was perpetually bored when I wasn't being attacked by everyone - when you asked me to find you it was a good way to interact with another char and get to play the "good" guy for a while.

I haven't played too many good align chars in a long time, so I had to work at being nice

Seems everyone likes to forget little old me! Soleric always used to say he didn't talk enough. Perhaps my quiet mentality caused you to forget the numerous amounts of rubbish I talked out of my mouth! Anyhow, it was a pleasure to fight with you in the Fortress and to interact with you.

If I went and named every char I met/enjoyed interacting with, it would force me to keep track of everybody - and I have such a horrible memory.

Whenever you were around to support the Fort, I wasn't worried so much about raids. You knew what you were doing and didn't need any prompting

You were always my favorite character in the Fortress. I always enjoyed ranking, raiding or defending with you. It was always a bummer when I would log in and not see you around. Good luck with your next.

I knew that everytime you'd be logged we'd have a fun time. We seemed to work pretty well together, and I knew we could chat it as well as go out fighting together.

When you got the boot from the Fort, I had complete faith you'd be back soon - and was glad that you kept working at it.
