Corrlaan Thanks for the Empowerment, when I started out I thought this is going to be great. Was going to try to get a gift of rescue skill off you was the end goal and a tat. being first time I even considered trying for a tat. Got to 32 and my other character started picking up, so this one got left in the bottom of the barrel.

I will likely come back and try you again. since I didn't really give you as much of a try as I should have.
