Hey doll! I really liked you as a player and a character. I could tell there was newbie in you just like Innis said, but that's okay because we all need to start somewhere. With 236 hours, you could have made it farther in rank than you did. For this, I'm a little sad, but hopefully you learned a lot from this experience and you'll come back better than ever.

About the Goris fight, I can comment more when Saephii dies, but I'll say that it was within her roleplay and just a bit of the drow in her coming out. Good luck with your next!

>>Generaly can trust any other outlander fully..<<

That used to be true. *cackle* Or is it still?

Well i think my death can summ up my life as Vandir :/.. A step away from getting a rank, and having enough practice points to get that golden con point, and when i am on my way to get that level, i take a wrong turn and find myself on that way to Thar-Acacia or something... Clumsiness! I am thy embodiment! hehe.
I didn't keep an organized count of my deaths/kills/CON actualy wheni had that tell from death about how the chess figure moves, first i thought i allready am dead, after few minutes i i realized i am not dead yet, and than i expected every next death to be last. Each death it was like "AHHHH". . . "phew" hehe

This was my first charecter in CF, unless to count the one i got to level 5 when cought first glimpse of the game like 3 years ago. Ranger is a cool class if somewhat hard to compete with against big warriors with even bigger axes, or nasty mages with zombies and all. I don't know if i died more fighting with other advanturers or in explorations and bad hunts to mobs and room traps.
I sure will be really surprised if i find out i actualy killed someone once. There were a few fights i won, but for me the meaning of won means they didn't kill me, they tried to got beaten and ran away. I assume the average CFer would chase those down to finish them, for me it's all good anyway...
My first pk fight i think was a duergar shaman who tracked me down, attacked me, got to writhing after two rounds when i myself panicked and fled and only realized i'd have won after i scrolled back to look it over.
I did not take such things ooc in the game, wouldn't enjoy when others did.

I really like CF,though can be stressing at times.. i like the activity of the staffers, involvement of the staffers, how staffers mennage to be objective in game, Thanks for all of the above.. most of the players i met were cool. Very few that i saw took things out of proportion, and if someone curses imms for not letting them cheat, it's amusing.. All i saw were staffers that did great job, ots of constant updates and changes.. fun.
The rp in CF is just awesome if you ask me.. And well to sum it up i had a lot of fun and thank you all (even the ones who have a collection of my heads on the wall).
I hope i did good enough and made it as fun for people who were around me.
I got some exp added to me by an immortal once, it was a sign for me that i am doing good, so thank you verry much for that.
I had a lot of missunderstandings with other players over the time because of my far from perfect english, So i'm sorry if that happened. Had few things that i noticed around which i am not sure if they were or wern't some sort of signs from staffers, and didn't quite know what to do with them.
I hope i didn't leave anyone with a bitter taste in their mouth.

Loong goodbyes goodbyes to all the people i can remember:

Innis, don't think you liked my charecter too much, but thanks for the induction, and i sure am glad i didn't get Beidal skinned by you. Meeting you made me (ooc) chuckle because you gave me flashbacks of Fizban from Dragonlance and it was cool. Thanks.

Aarn, meeting you was spooky. I teleported to some place i didn't know, started looking around for exits, got lost and all, and suddenly i see a guard, a paladin guy, and a maran captain... i was like "how the heck i got here". Started asking questions, somehow rolled into a discussion of moralities, and than a big scary dwarf appears and yells at me. I thought you are going to kill me than.

Ferrewid, had fun travelling with you, didn't get to see you much after though. But i got to say that before i met you, i tried to stay as far away as i could from arials, because every arial i met seemed to try and kill me. You changed that.

Huegyn/Crendal, i think i liked you more than all others i met in CF.. both of your charecters, even when i didn't yet realzie they are you.
As Huegyn You helped me around more than i can say.. If it was how to get armor and weapons, or if it was just ic stuff about CF, and about Outlanders, About how to fight and what not. Showed me places in CF whioch i otherwise might of never gotten to with this charecter, showed me how to get myself through mazes where i usualy got stuck. i looked up to Huegyn, was shocked when i found out he is gone.
As Crendal you interviewd me for the Outlanders.. You creeped me out with the "We ask what he brings us" form of speach the first time we talked. You allways took me to attacks against tribunal and Empire which were allmost as deadly as they were fun. Crendal's pk amazed me, you were a walking army, like i said in goodbyes to your deletion, i hope to never get on your bad side.
I only started to make the connection of Crendal-Huegyn later, and closer to the time you Deleted Crendal. When you deleted Huegyn i didn't even know that for long time. I was sad that you deleted, even if it seems that many others love to hate you, i think it's because many take things out of context and take ic frustration ooc or the oposit.
Anyway, Thank you for everything man.

Mekah, you were cool to Vandir, thanks for that. You were the first Outlander who contacted me, without me contacting you in person first. And it was actualy after coming to talk with you that i talked to Crendal and got inducted. Thanks. We fought that one spurr fight, you kicked my arse, though i think i got few good pounds in. I forgot i am using a staff and not a sword, which might have been better than. But it was a cool fight. I guess steel is not a match for wolf fangs.
I also remember how you made me laugh and feel better alltogether, right after my mostly unpleasant introduction to the Necromancer class, you said somehting like 'Hey there's a Necromancer near, lets hunt him down, 4 of us on one necromancer should allmost even the odds' hehe.
Good luck man.

Bentor, you were my best friend in game, was allways a pleasure fighting with you, was allways a pleasure talking to you.. I got the impression that you are relativly new to CF too, and you're still out there and on your way up, so good luck man, thank you for being there for me.

Jrantisla, only met you twice, each time i enjoyed your company, and thank you for saving me from those witches that time.

Blorg, you were around for a while, helped me out, was fun hunting with ya, but than you kinda vanished from the surface.

Gurayn, From the few times we got to talk, i liked you. I remember how you told me the huntress can talk and i used to stop by once in a while nudging the huntress asking her what's up. She never talked to me much though It's good for outlanders to have someone big and strong, who can fight just as good on enemys' turf. Good luck.

Xthutrak, a gnome rager with daggers, i really liked fighting with ya, especialy because of how you could block all the attacks against me. You were the one i joined on my first Cabal raid than, i wasn't even in a Cabal myself, but i knew you and trusted you, and when you said lets go attack the empire i said "sure". Not that i had idea what that means, or where that empire was, but we got in alove, and we got out alife, was fun, a shame how you dissapeared.

Vividian (sorry if i misspell that, i don't have that name on my list), i only talked to you one time, but that one time probably was one of the best times i had in CF, when Huegyn took me to the refuge tree to show it to me, and you were there. I god a great rp impression from you, thanks.

Olmieris, we didn't interact much you and i, but from as much as we did, i came to see you as someone i can allways trust, and that for me was a lot, thanks.

Fereksah, the first time i ever saw you, i don't think you saw me, not sure, i thought you were there to try and kill me.. Than i got to travel with you a bit, and came to like you and your rp, though those bvared fangs still did spook me a bit. Was fun with you around, take care.

Beidal.. hehe, i don't know if you asked or were asked, or if you were surprised as much as me about it, but thanks for vouching for me, sure feel a relief that i didn't get you skinned alive by Innis
rock on.

Reggie, i didn't get to interact with you much because of the level differences i think, but you created a good impression, don't have much to say but good luck, and don't delete .

Reossi and Saephii, thank you both for the best laughs i had in CF. This game can have a lot of intence moments, and string up nerves, but with the two of you around it allways was fun. Reossi who proclaims himself mighty captain of a ship, and Saephii who steals
the captains hat and pushes him into a trap that makes him glow pink.. rofl!!! Great rp from both of you, and a lot of fun. Good luck to both.
Only time something spoiled it is when you had that word fight with Goris, which imho was out of place.

Goris, don't know if you remember but you helped me out a bit when i was just getting started.. than we didn't meet for quite a while, untill just before i died.. you were attacking the empire, and i wanted to join you, and we went to get you gear and both died.. you thought i pulled you into a trap.. but i really didn't, i was as surprised as you and also got killed.. We mennaged to organize a good attack in the end, was fun.. i'd help more if i could, but i went to a completely wrong place when i tried to come help you defend.

Arvinis.. ouch..ouch..ouch....ooouuch. oooh did i hate you. The first time i met a necromancer... you got me like what? three times in a raw with the sleep spell? I didn't know about this spell and sure wish i never found out, eventualy i found a way to avoid it kind'a, but still not enough to handle fighting you... ESPECIALY not in Galadon where you had those godawefull guards.
I remember when me Saephii and Reossi came to attack, and you were the only ane there and could only harm me, you poisoned me and blinded me, but i still hang in, i announced to the group that i am fleeing, and was reado to flee, when your guards just tore me appart, i ran into Silverwood blinded, only to eventualy die from the poison. I got mad at how you went out there and allready after i died destroyed my body and all my gear.. but than again you were pure nasty evil, being pure nasty evil so well done there. I supose you enjoyed killing me more than i enjoyed being killed by you.. If you become an undead you deserve it because you are pure nasty evil... you destroyed all my gear so many times, that i actualy learned how to gear myself up desently for a neutral neutral char.
so bye, and have fun.

Alcydez, you made me feel real bad. it allmost became a tradition for you to ask me to group up and me refuse with a new excuse each time. Only think i can say is that i'm sorry about that, and all my excuses were real.

Nikhail the one time we met you were purely out of luck... you saw only Alcydez, when in fact it was me Mekah and Alcydez resting after a hunt, you came to attack him, and got jumped by the lot of us.. i can only immagine your surprise, but glad you didn't take it bad. I didn't loot your corpse but about a moment after i told you i am not about to loot it it was allready looted and gone hehe.. Well i can't tell others not to loot it.

Tribunal in general - I don't really understand the tribunal, good and evil, paladins and necromancers, fight for justice, fight together with empire.. supose will take me time to figure it out.

Outlander in General - I had tones of fun with you, a great cabal to be in i think. Even though it has a lot of enemys of all the shapes and alignments, the people in the Cabal make it worth it.. help each other, don't trumple on each other for weaknesses and Generaly can trust any other outlander fully.. Had fun with you all.

Empire in General - I liked how you all were the empire together, though didn't really know each of you in person. I think you made the Empire look like the Empire should from what i read of it. Not loners, but more an army.. and one that combined good.. Duergars and fire giants with swords axes and Baracus i think with a mace.. kickass.. bye.

Fortress, Scion, and Ragers i never ran into as Cabals so i wouldn't know what to say.

I think this would be about all i can remember... there were more whos names i don't remember.. Thank you all for the fun anyway.
And if anyone have comments on what i did good or what i did bad, please do say.

Bye all.
Vandir.

I'm not sure if its me you try to thank

Is Vividian ment to be Viviarong, the druid who drilled you and Huegyn got a few good minutes and trying to teach you the way of the Ancients?

If so I thank you for the good words about the RP, I allways seen upon myself as medicore in that department. So if it lit up your day, it lights up my day now. Truck on, and I'll see you in the fields.

Yup i did mean Viviarong, i knew i am going to get it wrong, and apologised right there.. i have awefull memory for names to such a degree that i used my in-client note book to write down the names of the people who i got to hang around with and this is how i remembered them right. Only met you once and you were much above me so i didn't consider writing you on that list.
I thank you because i liked that drilling. If to consider i didn't quite know what the outlanders is all about, that drilling had it's impact. Sorry again for twisting your name.

No worries, I liked that perticular interview because I tried to teach you about the way of the ancients aswell as learn Huegyn to open his eyes and know his enemy... Kinda learn how to channel his anger into the right folks. At that time he had just killed an applicant so I could not take him in as a normal applicant.

I liked that interview and how it went, pity I never got the time to be online more, would have liked to see how you turned out

Innis, don't think you liked my charecter too much, but thanks for the induction...

Well like or no, I gave you the shot you wanted. I could see the newbie in you...it glowed like an aura. You died a great deal, but you always got back up and you spend time working your character. Those who die and continue on, I will hang with through it all. (Although it is painful to watch.) Don't worry about your language skills, you did fine. I am glad you had fun and that it provided you with some positive experiences.

Good Luck

Thinking back when we first started travelling together, you
were such a newish player, but taking it in stride in every way.
I think you picked up on things very fast, and I am pretty
suprised how long you've stuck it out.
As Huegyn, being such of the loner kind of character, taking you in per-se, and teaching you about outlanders and "our ways" an what not, was just a blast. Without sticking a spoon in your mouth, I did everything I could to help you help yourself, because as you could tell now, the outlander lifestyle can be very painful.

Of course as a player, your only going to be that much greater for it, and I applaud how serious you take things in the game. Always willing to die for a good cause, always willing to learn, and you could keep a steady login even after a few deaths.. I always felt bad when I would get full looted and log out, leaving you the only one on, so I would cool my head an log back after a short break.

Again though, your consistency in roleplay, and just, genuine-ness of a character, is the kind of people I like to interact with and still play this freaking addiction for.

You did very well, most if not all rangers, have a bitch of a time the higher they get to the hero range. Your next one will be twice as much better! Good luck man, and thanks for the play.

I appreciate the fact that you mentioned me, though as anyone can vouge for I am learning, and I played a newbie ranger one time, Tholten. I am glad that I could rp with you, and I am sorry that you couldn't get older. I think it is funny the little fight with mekah, and I am sure that if you would have used your staff you would have won Just keep playing and getting better. look foreward to seeing you on the fields.

Great job though. I didn't know you died that much but I'm sure you learned a lot. Thats the good thing about CF, every new class, race, or spec you play brings you closer to knowing a lot more about how to survive and what not. Keep going at it, and I'm sure you will do great.

Thanks for all the compliments, again, this was a lot of fun.

As for the "defile her", i deny any relation to those words, and the people i never said those words to, about the people i never spoke about <cough>. But of the record: if you allready put a girl to sleep out in the wilds away from cities and guards, and you got a defiling weapon in your hand... how could you resist?!!!?!?!?

And yeah, you can allways trust any other outlander, just that there are different levels of trust. Saephii i could allways trust to give my bag back with everything that was in it (unless it looked real expensive and pretty, which i never had). And if she was in a good mood you might have gotten something she stole from Reossi, like a case of ale (sometimes i pondered if he carries anything but that).

I couldn't really hide my newbishness, because not knowing where a popular 'ranger home' area is for exemple, gave it right away. Though i didn't know it was glowing like that. I think i learned a lot of general things about CF, mainly about Ranger class and Outlander. I would deffinitly do better with same class, it's hard not to as i only realized that the tome spent in wilderness areas actualy affects how well i camo and sneak when i was level 27 or so...

Thanks a lot for the shot Innis, i might have lived longer outside the Outlander cabal, but the fun i had being one of them worth more than any extra hours or levels, and given the option to change, i would not change a thing. I hope i did live up to the expectations, though i wasn't a walking army, i never backed away from fights, and i sticked out as long as i could to get what we went for.
I will definitly try to get into Outlander again and again in the future, but now i want to try and explore that part of CF where rangers don't get to go much, and try out other classes, even if it means going through the newbieshness again when learning them.

Not sure my next char will be much better because i am not going for the same style or combination.. and will have to learn all over again, places to learn at (because not everyone can go where a ranger goes as safely), how to use the skills, and what other factors than the skill levels can affect the skills... Won't be surprised it will take me again 20 or more levels to understand the class possibilities. From what i hear in Forums this might be the case with evry time i take a new class for the first time. But i will be sure to wear a heavy cloak over that aura of mine .

Hmm, yeah.. Time to go plan out my nasty charecter, thanks again to all of you... and . . . Defile them while they're sleeping!!! <runs away>

Vandir.
