You are viewing a read-only archive of the Carrion Fields discussion forums built from a snapshot of the forum database on 2026-08-25. The search page works, though it is not as sophisticated as the old forum search. This archive encompasses approximately 25 years of CF discussion. Today, that discussion continues on Discord (see the main website for a link).

Yeeeeeah. I had fun. I'd definitely have to thank Lyristeon for the tat and interactions(which I would have loved to see even more of.) I made this character because from what I saw, Lyristeon was a really awesome new IMM and he caught my attention, and of course his reputation held true. Awesome religion, and extremely fun to RP. What made me lose interest in the character was that things just felt so...routine after a while. I would log on, kill all tribs/imperials in range, solo raid trib/empire, sit around, gather preps.. and on top of that, my idea for some kind of quest to keep myself busy(didnt care much for a reward, just some kind of interaction perhaps) was brutaly shot down, after weeks of praying, RPing about it. Overall, an extremely fun character, and I thank all that I've intereacted with, friend and foe alike. Thanks again to Lyristeon, you were awesome. I'm perdy sure I had quite a few kills under my belt, could have had quite a few more if I had kept up my mass tribunal killing. Maybe if I'm lucky someone will buy my premium, who knows? *wink wink nudge nudge* Alright..I'm out. Hard to remember all the names of people that I interacted with, so just post up here if ya want and I'll reply.

Hasn't it been said by imms that actively trying to get a quest (e.g. by praying) was the way not to get a quest?

It wasnt like that. It was a part in my role that I talked to Lyristeon about. He said he would try and make it happen, but then after a few weeks of me RPing it out, he said it wasnt gonna happen..ahh well.

You were the bane of my existence. Even with provost guards and another Trib you would slap me around like a little girl. And I couldn't even console myself with the thought that you were a bad roleplayer.

Cutoff is overpowered
