I wouldn't say your roleplay was nonexistant, but I definately did sense a little burnout at the end. I never grimaced though. While I wouldn't say you'll go down in the archives as the most memorable hero ever, you were a solid cloud giant healer, which I admire. You played the support role well, remembered your race, and served your cabal. I didn't feel a whole lot of priestliness out of you though, either in general or related to Lyristeon's religion, but I suppose that would be for him to judge, not me. Whatever my praises or criticisms, I'd say that considering she was your first hero, priest, etc, that you can consider her a success to be proud of.

I'm glad you enjoyed the title and the dream. I honestly felt you deserved both - the title for the aforementioned serving your cabal and supporting the Outlanders, and the dream you were chosen for as a result of your role as a priestestess/wisewoman. Hopefully people will still remember what you told them now that you're gone.

Though I never got to meet Amaranthe, I still figured you were behind a good deal of things I got to witness. I chose Lyristeon's religion because, in the past, he's been the easiest to contact and seems to wish the least amount of time spent praying to him... which seemed great from a newbie perspective, but in the upper ranks, it became clear I really didn't know what to put forth. I guess I really didn't know how to act like a priestess, or what one of wisdom who served the Imp should actually do. Oh well. It was really a great learning experience, and thank you for enriching the Outlander cabal. I know you and Lyristeon and probably a few other unseens do a great deal for them.

As far as the burnout goes, I tended to burnout every five ranks or so since the 30th rank. Then something would renew my interest and I'd dust myself off and have at it.

Bad timing is what this is mostly about. With everything that happened to Florida with the hurricanes, you didn't get the Imp love that I normally put forth.

Easy empowerment...usually. No praying...if done right you shouldn't have to. I will leave it at that.

I liked Kelara with Illisza. I really liked Krystia though. I thought you role played very well, and of course it was good to have you around cept when we first met and you made me sac my hammer pendants for sanc . Good luck on all your other stuff.

I was a stickler for many things. Adamantite was a big no-no, thus the reason for the sacraficing. But, I tried to maintain that things were just things, as exampled during the countless times I'd run around naked while healing. I liked having a felar around the Tree. Was sad to see you go. I never would have guessed that you were also Illisza, though.

It was rather mutual distrust on our parts, as I had heard that Krystia didn't like Heralds. So, I stayed in shadows as you yelled me to step out of shadows. It was rather funny, actually as we trusted each other enough to yell at each other from distance but not more(I had hide and you had chamo). I was annoyed IC that you you tried to restrict my wandering spirit to cities by yelling that a wolf would be welcome to wilderness but I was not.(rephrased) So, basically I treated you with the same caution that I would treat any Imperial that could not see me. From that brief session and the previous time I had heard about you I got the feeling that Krystia would see any other cabal as her enemy(an outlander could easily make an excuse to do so). As a being of Balance Fungor dislikes narrowmindedness in general and thus didn't like Krystia as he saw that Krystia tried to restrict his spirit to cities and away from the wilderness.

This was the first character I've been brazen enough to demand my way or the highway. In some cases, the fact that I could heal was enough to get what I wanted. "Destroy your adamantite, and THEN I may heal you". In some cases, I merely attacked if I didn't get what I wanted. Perhaps that could have been seen as selfish, but Krystia mistrusted everyone except for Tjok and whomever he let into the Outlanders. There were some times he and I butted heads about some character or another, but for the most part, I trusted his instinct. Though, the Heralds, seeing as how the Inn was a gathering place for the civilized, were held in disdain by Krystia if not by anyone else. I liked our little yelling match. Was interesting.

One of my favorit enemies. IC I'm glad you gone OOC I hate to see you disapear. Apparently you was the main force behing strength of outlanders. Well done and luck with your nex.

Elisdin. I never feared you when you were by yourself, so long as I had some iron with me. I tried to keep a few iron whips on my person just so when we'd meet, I'd be able to lash you. If I could subvert one of your guards and then lash you, all the better. However, as many times as we met one on one, I do not think either of us killed the other. However, in groups, we helped those we were with to be quite deadly. You were a respected opponent. As for being the "main force behind the strength of the Outlanders," that is far from true. A healer just facilitates laziness and makes things easier. They are still quite deadly without me, if not deadlier now that there has to be more planning involved.

Ah, yes. I never really got to know Thays, but I thought he was an interesting felar. You were well-spoken of and a strong hunter from what I knew.

It really is a shame you deleted. You made sessions more enjoyable, and you made travelling more interesting in many ways.

I'll echo what Tjok said about the consitency of your roleplay-you didn't take shortcuts and said what you thought no matter what.

Traveling with you was quite interesting as well. I hate to say it, but I thought you were stronger than Tjok, but from Krystia's viewpoint, no one was stronger than the Harbinger. I loved watching the nasty things you could do with a good set of swords and thought to myself how much deadlier you'd be if only I could frenzy you up a bit. Lots of love towards Arisnus, one of my three favorite Outlander giants.

I'm sorry to see you go, I think your interview was ok when we had the chat. If anything a healer in outlanders is sick

All I can say is that I loved when you were around. I felt safe that you could allways just step through a gate and help out if something went wrong

Sorry about the interview. I knew I was never up to par interviewing anyone. If it were up to Krystia, the whole process would involve going on a hunt with the candidate and watching how they perform. If good, then they're in. No words needed.

Also, gate was the most wonderful supplication. It was fun going from one continent to the next in the blink of an eye, and ever since I figured out what to gate to each time, the process became even easier to get to the Refuge quickly.

Obviously I was a big fan. It's funny to hear you say your roleplay was non-existant because from my POV, you stuck to your idea of what an Outlander should be regardless of whether it pissed people off or made things harder. Kelara had that same streak which is probably why I knew you were the same person about a minute after talking to you for the first time Anyway, there were a lot of good, fun times.

Aaagh! I hate being so obvious. Okay, I guess I can see how Kelara and Krystia had a lot of the same characteristics. As for the two of us... our adventures seemed endless. Once I heroed and got to your rank, I became glue on you. Didn't mean it, but it just sort of happened that way. Krystia had a profound attachment to cloud giants after the destruction of her village, but still mistrusted anyone outside of Outlanders. I also loved making people mad with my hard-nosed approach to everything. Goodness, I remember getting upset when one Outlander said the words to enter Mortorn. Made sure that never happened again. Then you, me, and Thresinok fought the stone guardian in front of the mountain only to find out that he didn't even hold a key. Ugh! I think that should be changed. It was fun to log on, see you, notice we didn't have the Scales or Codex, and state "Let us raid" without any hellos or anything. Anyway, the Refuge will still live on without me, but when you pass on, much active leadership will be lost.

So, yeah, from personal perspective, you were the reason I stayed alive so long. My time started to dwindle more with the job, but I knew if I could get at least a few hours in a week and manage to interact with Tjok, I'd be happy. You really are the most amazing character I've met in CF and probably will always be, and just watching you do UNSPEAKABLEs makes me want to try a cloud ranger. I loved all our musings and conversations. Thanks for also being there the last time I was around as well.
