Alrael, hahahah, finally got you! damn sticks! Man i totally wasnt expecting mahar outside aridhol either, sucked.



Anyone else who thought I was just a big puss or actually cool, im interested in whatever you have to say, I just started getting so spanked in the end, then after the 8 tribunal guards, nightgaunt, thief, warrior, lynx combo, Plus getting hire up with 8 con I really saw no fun in loggin in to run into losing fights, and No I didnt hide all the time, It just seemed I was on the route to a lot of spankings and decided wasnt going to be fun anymore.
For all you soon to be orcs, rank up to mid ranks an get some of those nice skills, very fun to play with. As you can see in my post, I never spam practiced. Defenses just never went up, but all my offensive stuff went up pretty fast, guess thats the healer tanking groups/rager taking groups on hard mobs. All in all, lots of fun, but I started a losing streak I didnt want to see the end to.

I had been sitting there, waiting to waylay you, since I broke up your ranking group nw of udgaard and you quaffed.

I saw the nightgaunt take you, then all of a sudden you were back, then all of a sudden you walk by my waylay and bam...took me a few seconds to realize you were dead.


What I REALLY didn't like, was you just about going ooc and cussing and me, in addition to saying that you would pay me back in every single character you ever play....or something to that effect.

I tried to reply to that in char...but it is near impossible to stay in char in the face of such stupid ooc crap.

I tried to pray about it, because telling someone in the game that you will take a grudge ooc is so stupid and I thought maybe an imm might be able to talk to you about it....but my prayer was too long of a string I think.

I understand bad days. Everyone has bad days. Try being forced to fight 3 ap's and a shaman out of the wilderness, when all of them never fail to land blindness on you *chuckle*.

But I REALLY disliked your going ooc like that. It's just a game, you shouldn't let it get to you so much you type all-caps cuss words at people and drop char.

I had a bad night, connection kept lagging me out, couply pk/mobdeaths, just a bad night. You squarely tagged me point blank.

I apologize for going ooc and saying all forms id hunt you, even though I deleted my other chars already and never acted on that, as well avoided you ever since because of it.. I know it was messed up and could tell as a player you were pretty upset over that.

Spontitus is an old char I kind of just kept alive then started to play again really focusing on the rp side of things and staying in character.. That was probably one of my biggest regrets with my char was the night I flipped an said that. Believe me though, Ive learned a lot and am getting better at staying my character and not me, and just try to keep on truckin. Hearing that you played strodo is funny, I have a few interesting memories of that character, some good some bad.

Spont just kicked ass rp-wise. most of us orcs suck fighting, but look at it this way, It FEELS like you are getting stomped on all the time and half- the time you can't tank a mob 4 levels or so lower than you, but damn it's fun ain't it?

Well, it certainly looked like a pity tattoo, but in reality I had been watching you the last few days and looking for an excuse to give you a tat as you were playing a really good orc. About ten minutes before you died you said something to Turk in a real bullying way and I was going to pop down and give you the tat for that, but something came up and stopped me for a little and by the time I got back you had died.

Regardless, I thought you played a really good orc and I was hoping you would work up to hero. The hero ranks are very tough on orcs, but I think once you get to Chief, you get a lot of reward. If you think of orcs as similar to a cabal, it is the only one where you get to choose to be leader.

in the years of cf, i have yet memorized the way to arial city, heh, right after a nightgaunt death too. Never did find my stuff either.

Past few months I have been struggling with throw away characters trying to get some type of recognition, with orcs I have this adept at understanding them on a personal level to some extent ooc, So i figured if i just ..was the orc, all the time maybe I could get some props, Man, i loved licking that scar all the time.

And yes, Chiefs get a Lot of reward, even just higher up orcs. In reality for me, I still cant pk I dont think, sure I can make a duergar axe spec at 15 an distend twice, which isnt something to brag over, but with spontitus I had to get invis potions to try to sneak on rangers, flight for thieves and anything I could find for damage/damage reduction.

I dont know how many times even with a banner, id attack someone and just.. get tooled. Alrael is a good example. Maybe because I never practiced staff? dunno, maybe cause savage didnt land that bash? not sure, I dont get into mechanics of the how to's and I dont spam practicing because I think it takes away from the game.

Someone once told me I should log off or ..Sleep for a few hours so I have a banner when I awake for more possibilities of people who show up and i pretty much cussed em out IC, because that's really weak. This is a game, and a game I like to enjoy, not one I try to find the cheat codes for to ruin it for everyone else ooc.

You played an orc real well, funny as hell at times, and mean as hell at other times. That time in the underdark especially, I half suspected you looted me, but I had my swords so I let it go As far as the ranking, you helped me get my last 6 ranks or so also, I don't think I got anything done without you actually. Anyhow, I thought you would have become chief if you made it, would have been cool and alot easier to stay alive atleast, but orcs are rough, and I never made it past 25 with an orc, so props to you.

That time in the underdark, I noticed an assassin in the shadows on our way out after you died, yeah i didnt tell you i made a banner from your corpse for other arials, but no, i didnt take anything, didnt even examine corpse actually.

Ranking with you was a blast though, every one else always got me or me got me killed at some point or another and id get the exp sent back again, never really died around you at all, and it was always fun. God im glad they changed exp negatives for death, I remember back in the day getting out of like a 100k hole, anyways, thanks for everything, later man

I don't know whether to be happy about this or not, I liked Spontitus, but after our last fight I was worried about what would happen later if we couldn't be safe in our own Clan, well, safer.

We had some good times though, like that day you/we beat in those two Rangers, decked ourselves out in nice armour, only to be killed a few hours later. And nothing compares to two Orcs ranking with a banner. You have my respect for sticking it out so long, I had no idea your con was that low, I suppose I shouldn't be suprised. Its almost funny listening to the Clan channel and hearing every 5min: Random Orc: Bah, died.

Anyway, good luck with whatever you play, and before I go, I'll leave you one piece of advice.

Carry potions! Especially teleport potions, they're dirt cheap and they'll save your ass countless times. Seriously, this was probably the main reason you died.

After we busted those two rangers and i got gaunted at hamsah, that was bout when i got my tattoo aslo, probably had I not gotten that I dont know if i would have lasted as long as I did, first tattoo too, just on the circumstances I got it, i was more relieved than overjoyed like I thought i would have been. But yeah, I really screwed myself on con low/mid ranks exploring orc skills and trying thinking spine would land more than I thought. This orc i used to play a few months ago between him an Hembling, but i just got pk'd so much back in the day I kinda went dormant, then one night decided to delete all of my lowbies so if i did die i wouldnt just quit out, Id grab my belt an tighten up, head out for an opal axe and someone to kill!
And yeah, I had an orc banner for you to try an lay the smack down for our death to each other when you hit me, honestly, I was about 4 seconds too late typing bash on you, heh.
Theres orcs your friends with, theres orcs that stay on their own, and theres orcs that you travel with but constantly on your toes, you always had me suspecting and i knew that spider axe foslin gave me had you drool a little bit. Was just waiting for it but in all my orcs I try to no break the orc rp but still keep other orcs allies. We have enough enemies as is

By the way though, i think its perfectly normal for orcs to kill each other one moment, and be allies the next, thats just the code of the orc, they fight internally. I probably would just have forgotten about it after one more fight with you anyhow, figuring if i won i was bigger, vice versa.. Remember, I had an Orc banner too, and I was carrying quite a few preps around for our next meeting. Turk didn't like dying to you . Plus, my defensive skills are a lot higher than yours (Amazingly they've only gone up off level gains).

How did you die anyway? It all went by so quick I didn't notice what happened. Did we bite each other's face off with a savage feeding and die together? or did I die and my enslaved Orc hit you one last time?

Yes, my def. was in the eighters, but every offensive skill i could and did use, other than cheap shot which was up there and got cap damage comtimes, was at 100%.. I have had this character for several months if i remember,.. was high a lot, and have mob died tons of times hernce the low con, so in that 133 hours and maybe the last 20 or so were the last 10 ranks i plrayer this past week, ..
I have had lots of time to land more and harder, which as long as i had the first bash i was sure id have you. I obliterated a lot.. i dunno.. im high now but i had age, exp, off., and if it went right, first bash..
Who knows.. But damn, you were still always fun!

I wont probably play and orc for a while, Maybe try to explore some things I still need to learn, but this has been in my eyes even over my past tribs, my most successful character in achieving being the character, and not the player.

My snare that hit you, did damage, and didnt bring you out of camo or cause any lag at all... Dont you think there is something wrong with that?
