I liked that you didn't use nightgaunts.
I didn't like that you got that multiple death from the orb of darsylon just after we tangled in High Tower of sorcery, but it was a fun fight though. First my zombie army took you to writhing in the opening round and then your angel forced me to flee because I couldn't vamp mobs faster than it chased me. Then as I was returning to fight you after healing up I realised you were dead, and had left corpses all over the place.
Anyway, I always viewed Vallaon as a true uncorruptible.

I didn't honestly expect to get any responses. Most of my playing time was earlier this year, and all of the folks I hung with are pretty long gone. I just felt stagnant, and after 280 some hours as a Squire, I figured moving up to Maran was not gonna happen. My RP hadn't moved in a while, not a lot of enemies to fight, and not a lot of playing time means I lost what little skills I had. When I realized I was spending more time finding better gear than killing evils, I figured it was time to let go.
I do remember that fight...it was a lot of fun. Multiple deaths really suck, especially for an elf, but hey, take the good with the bad.
I never used nightgaunts, never killed a neutral mob (on purpose), and only used a mephit a few times. Made it a bit more interesting. I'm glad my uncorruptible nature came through to someone - especially you, because you're one of the ones whose opinion I respect.
