What a fun character. My second character, and I learned a lot. And by a lot, I mean that literally. There's little I didn't explore.
It's a bit of a premature delete, because I need to take a rest from CF. I've been playing way too much. I'm on the east cost, and I end up playing with all the Europeans at 6 AM my time. This is not a good thing when one has classes to attend.
After a recent breakup, I need to get back out and meet people again. Most of my friends were met through my girlfriend, and I need to re-socialize. Focusing on some school work never hurts either.
Queesha, you were awesome, we had a lot of fun together.
Twarok, you too, I wish we could have done more.
Shiluzar, you always kept me amused by entertaining my ideas.
Jhaelryna, always stuck up your own rear. A perfectly roleplayed Drow.
Darian, I couldn't distinguish your personality from the Chancellor you followed so closely. But then again, I was never far from Queesha and I don't know him OOC, so it's probably coincidence.
Malinran, of course, my thief buddy of late. A bit more combat oriented than I was.
Thornarcrull, damn mask. I actually knew you with my previous bard experiment-gone-wrong, Aldalin.
Gastaad, I also knew you as Aldalin, and picked up ranking with you where Aldalin left off.
Many, many more. There are too many friends to list.
I really enjoyed the character. Sphere envy, I tried to let it show now and then. I had 1550 hp at one point, until I traded some stuff for a stoneform which mysteriously never returned after I died in a deathtrap exploring. I had fun, wrote some notes, had a questy spell that was utterly worthless, and made a lot of friends.
I'll surely be back in a few weeks, but I need to cool off a while and see where things stand. The only way for me to do that is to delete and cool off.
Falax/Aldon/Aenail/Jakar

*cough* I was going to say....how did you do that with only your second charcater? I remember meeting you in the music guildhall when you were suffering with alcohol poisoning prettty far below me in ranks...then you just seemed to fly past me up the ranks all the way to hero. Impressed me big time! I really wanted to learn from you how you did that so fast.
Good luck with your schooling and all. Come back soon.

If only you had used the bard's powerful 100% lore skill on the stoneform beforehand, the mystery would have been solved.
Not a bad effort for a second character, from what I saw. Nice job.

I think you missed one thing though. I seem to recall something about the limited equipment having been made slightly flexible. I'm still not sure how, but sometimes limited items will go over the number allowed, and then won't repop in the originating location until it's back to below the standard amount. That would explain what happened a little more completely.

I don't think Nepenthe would have mentioned lore if that's the case. How bout just maybe, it was a counterfeit???

It wasn't counterfeit, it is a rot_death object. Counterfeit objects crumble when you attempt to use them.
The amulet was in about five nights later, which could be due to flexible limits, and that's the most likely explanation, but it was annoying.

Stoneform is rot death, which means it crumbles when the wearer dies. There is only one stoneform amulet. When the game reboots, it goes back to it's original location. Hence, it not returning to the mud until a few days later in which there was a reboot/crash.

The first time I got it, its owner had just perished. Repopping the quest(purposeful ambiquity) repopped the amulet, and I got it.
When I died, I repopped the quest, and it didn't show up until FIVE nights later, through several crashes/reboots.

When around Jhaelryna, I tend to defer to her, preferring to take the role of actual advisor rather than speaking up directly or acting as co-leader. There's reasons behind this, and don't worry, I have my own motives/dreams/beliefs and such. As far as never being far from her, it's not like there are many other scions, let alone heroes. I spend a lot more time running around solo, though when both of us are on it's usually to my advantage to work with her, as you can probably see why.
Also, hope you had fun that night (I won't mention details in case it figures into some other quest that may still be ongoing). I was sure we were going to die in various horrible ways, but somehow it worked out in the end. Sorry if you got cut out of the loop after we were done, but if there's anything we Scions were going to do, sharing secrets freely wasn't one of them.
Good luck in the future, with CF and Real Life both.

Was fun travelin with you, but you were a little too chaotic for my taste. Nice job for a second character. Become friends with everyone and then everyone helps you get anything you want, and tell you how to get mostly anywhere you want. Still wasnt gonna trade you that statue...

Aaw, I knew this was coming after not seeing you forever. Had fun running around with you, we both had very similar in-game politics and you always kept me entertained. I had a little bit of interaction with Jakar too on my other character, I hope he was gone, he was starting to scare me >
Good Luck in School, I'm sure you'll be back, School hasn't kept me away Queesha

I wish you hadn't gone. Aenail had a certain flair that I thought was just...fantastic. The time I teleported to Corte, and you were saying how I must be rescued, and that nothing else would be acceptable was just classic. I almost crapped myself laughing. Listening to drunken bards speak in ridiculously grandiose terms is always good entertainment.
I'll miss you.
