I was very confused by our interactions.

When you were level 19 and Emperor I asked you what your plans with the Village was, I was running around at the time but I was pretty sure I read 'Eventually you will kneel to the Empire to remain with the Head but for now I focus on Outlander.' To myself I thought, 'well that makes sense but there's no point in delaying a war until they have a full council and they can curbstomp the cabal.'

I decided not to change anything with regards to taking the Codex, war as usual. The next day I was confused when you raged at me IC calling me a liar and seemed semi-mad OOC about it, I asked for clarification as to what our conversation entailed saying if I misinterpreted what you had about kneeling to the empire eventually to let me know. You literally never talked to me again after your initial ragefest and it was clear you were ignoring me. I tried to interact with you multiple times to clarify what you had said initially. You seemed like a bitter veteran battle hater so I just added you to that list of folks to avoid interacting with. Enjoyed our fights later, was confused why you rage deleted after a 2 v 2 raid and left all your gear then reactivated later.

I hope to hear how you ended up Emperor at level 15, that seemed like a pretty cool opportunity.

My goal was to build the Empire and I saw a war with battle as pointless. When asked about it, I told you directly I did not declare war, nor was I planning on taking the head. I said over and over that the Empire would not be taking the head and that my focus was on Outlander. The line you got confused I'm sure is I said "The Empire will not be kneeling to the village, nor would I expect the village would kneel if I demanded it." It was basically to me not going to war, but Pk's are going to happen.

I figured it was understood that Empire was not going to war, then the next day I get nuked and told "make peace!" I was confused since I said we were not waring and I tell that rager such. I was then told that Sprock informed all of the village that I demanded the village to kneel or there would be war. The calling you a liar was all IC and not semi-mad OOC. It was an RP decision trying to be a brash young Emperor when questioned, since he had made it clear the first time his intent. He would take some things, but in his eyes he wasnt going to be questioned by some gnome. His words were already twisted and lied about, he did not see any reason to further give anything else which could be twisted. Plus I was currently in pk/trying to survive when the conversation was going on.

I wasnt going to speak with the drillmaster after that, since it was an insult to him. Plus when told the village may just go ahead and declare war so the Empire can not grow strong and challenge them. I will admit I was annoyed at another rager who decided to hunt and kill me after they already had killed me 2 other times within that hour. But no, I am not a bitter veteran battle hater (as I just had a hero rager before this char). Other then the twisting of words (which I guess was an honest misinterpitation) was that Battle would focus on me when given a chance to go after mages. It felt like "he has no powers, and we have levels on them. I want a free kill" type of thing.

So you have called your OOC buddy IMM and said
- Hey, buddy, i want to be the Emperor at 36 fire giant warrior You know, i am gonna rise an empire from the kneels!
And he said
- Ok, why not, lets rest of hero imperials including dread lord stay away and smoke for a bit.
