From my perspective. Ignores me the times we are matched up from multiple tells, then basically doesn't show up or we have mixmatched times for over a week. I get inducted by another leader, then get removed because of their ego trip after they FINALLY show up. Some of us just want to have fun, other people just want to #### on other people's fun.

And I wasn't about to wait for an IMM induct because the way that has been going lately for me isn't particularly the greatest either. Since uninduct means you require IMM induct, just was a screwed over character.
