Rthar tells you 'You let me fight roc alone, or will spam kill me?'
Rthar tells you 'You will attack me again when i will get head from tremble?'
There's a few things to unpack here.
1- You quite often did not let others fight alone. Your reputation was poor and rightfully earned. That's not good berserker battle behavior. You reap what you sow. Please consider how you build your own reputation and how others treat you because of it. You do not get to be a victim when you start it. I'm not saying you weren't victimized at times by others lousy behavior. But you were not a victim.
2- Spam kill is not in game speech. You responded well when I asked you in game to elevate your language. I'm sympathetic to esl and it impresses me how many people play a text based game outsie their native language. I respect that and will challenge you specifically to elevate your roleplay and continue to learn how to roleplay better. CF is foremost a roleplay game.
3- The second question is quite odd. The village under your leadership was more than happy to raid raid raid and kill others 1v2, 1v3, and 1v4 while raiding and defending. It is hypocritical to then plead for better treatment than what you yourself were every willing to show. Be better, and be thoughtful to the experience of others, but most importantly don't be hypocritical in action and word.
4- I bet you to play something besides battle assassin. It is stunting your potential, it is frustrating you and others by how you play it, and it is transparent that it is you each time and not a distinct character.

I should have booted you, but at the time most of what's in your imm comments wasn't known, and only one credible complaint, which I told you was your first and last warning.
My real question is how the #### do you imms make this guy leader???
I stand by my oft-repeated statement that most ragers are fine and follow the traditions/rules. Obviously there are people in every cabal that are ####ty. But this guy was known to be ####ty but got commander?? This just makes it all the harder for the rest of us who play battle. As Nep used to write:
Le sigh.

There used to be enough Battle players (or players in general) that IMMs could selectively weed out super bad ragers during the wits portion of the Rites if they happen to beat all competition in the free-for-all fighting stuff. When three people show up to the Rites of War you get what you get.
It's sort of a rock and hard place situation. If you don't choose a Commander everyone bitches you out because you're not overseeing the cabal and it clearly needs a leader, but you're only one or two people with set playtimes that don't meet everyone elses, OR you do Rites of war and you get stuck with super ####ty characters leading the cabal. I think that option is the lesser of two evils since you at least have someone with a pulse to induct potential future good candidates when leadership ####s up for the 93rd time and you're finally online to remove them.
Rthar had a few good moments and I did see him sit out a couple of fights I thought he was going to jump into. This was unfortunately the minority not the majority of his chosen behaviors IC.
IMMs do what they can with what they got and sometimes players are just stuck with the #### they don't have time or motivation to get to, which is what it is, at least they're still forwarding the CF ball and keeping it both running and interesting when they can.

The immortals are good people doing good work.
CF would benefit if they were quicker to reward and quicker to punish. As it is they are slow to reward and slow to punish.
In this instance, I too think Rthar being made leader was fine. But it should have been ripped from him when he continued to stray as much as he strayed, especially as better candidates took shape.
I genuinely wish immortals would give leader positions more quickly and take it away when they do not measure up. There have been many leaders made in the past two years who clearly did not fulfill the position roleplay-effectively.
