Popping in to say hello to you fancy. A very nice character albeit with some frustrations.
I tried my first Herald when you were leader, a dwarf warrior. I wanted a casual pve, rp-oriented character to help newbs learn the game, gear, and areas. I had hoped to be something like a bouncer of the Inn, as there have been in the past, but you were not having it.
I don't know if that was your decision forcing me into one of the usual tailor or bartender paths, or an imm edict that you had to abide by, or whatever, but the absolutism of it all was very off-putting.
I eventually waited for October and did Gesoros instead, so, I don't have any complaints but the strictness of it while trying something way outside my comfort zone was a wee bit souring.
I could see a few times as Gesoros where I knew you wanted to attack me, and I was hoping you would, but in the end we got along well though uneasily. That was nice and fitting for both characters.
For a long time I had Rav pegged as disgruntled-Raybaer with the roleplay and drama (in a good way), until I realized she can't stay up as late as I'd see you on at times.
Best to you and others.

I know exactly what dwarf you're talking about even if I can't recall the name! I can't believe you were both them and Gesoros. Both characters were so distinctly interesting and deep. Good job!
When you're made High Herald Rarywey makes it EXPLICITLY clear that you are not allowed to bring in people who don't yet have a talent. I have heard of bouncer Heralds before in the past but there is a set list of artistries that you can bring people in as. This was also around the same time that Rarywey had to step back to deal with 3D and if you had wanted to go down that path I knew it would take a very, very, very long time since I don't know if I would have been allowed to bring in a bouncer. That might be an imm-only move and shockingly Raveghna was a stickler for the rules. However you can always ask for a chance at a second artistry and my plan was to suggest that you ask to become a bouncer. Next Herald I play I'll be sure to ask about that. It wasn't that you were lacking in qualifications or RP, it was more of an admin thing.
(Edit: Bouncer is not on the list, I don't know if I was specific enough on that.)
Gesoros! I did get annoyed at Gesoros because you were originally such a good friend who seemed to be becoming more feral and insane. Turns out you were evolving through the Rashael phases?!?!?! That's AWESOME. For role reasons I couldn't hang out with you after what was I assume the Beast stage when you attacked Rav and the Inn Guard just to see her axe. Top notch, incredible. Anything negative you may have felt was 100% in character. My only regret is that now we have to meet again for me to take you on all those fun trips we talked about.
Having someone think that Raybaer was playing one of my characters is as high of praise as it gets. It's up there with Xyfa, Callowin, and Starbright. GLWYN!

Help 2946 is all of the ones that, to my knowledge, High Heralds can induct. The imms will sometimes give special tags for people who combine artistries or who have a "gimmick" that is combines or uses a facet of an artistry for artistries for their role. Have a good summer!

There is no rapture for you, Raveghna. You, Who veiled your anxieties in doodles and spice, Who medicated yourself with venom and lies, Binded all your fear to a falsehood, Whilst unleashing all your profanity On the innocent.
You, So constant in your faith, So unwavering in your chaos, But the malice that you savored Always failed to sate Your appetite for reaction.
I, So young and naive, Wanted to dance with you, I wanted to sing to them. But you would not hear it.
Too enraptured with your toxicity, To ever listen beyond your character. You were a poison potent enough to make ghosts and still plague them in their plane.
And now you are here with me. With all of us. Is that poison enough, or, Do you now feel that same sickness You gifted me?

First off it's called the Totality of Teeth.
Second, you ripping off Let It Go from Frozen is a bit of a sticky one still. Everyone else at the event was also very clearly uncomfortable. I don't know if that counts as OOC but it was pretty bad mans. Not the worst, most blatantly OOC thing I've encountered in this game (or even as this character) but did you have to do it in front of other people?
With that said you were very well loved and Raveghna was torn to shreds about having to boot someone. It's all bants. Write your own lyrics and stop making me imagine everything you say in a high pitched whiny voice and GLWYN!

I know much has been said about my leaving the game, but it is unfair to blame Fancy (and I knew it was fancy, because I enjoyed Merthoc a great deal and there were telltale signs). In the end, it was Raveghna that made me no longer want to play Tamurah, but the game... no. And I still really have much respect for the way that Raveghna was played, for the most part.
I absolutely loved the character as a friend from outside of Herald, especially my shifter, Shalendra. You were one of the highlights of that character's experience, just so fun to be around. I thoroughly enjoyed your zeal for danger and how you were always a "yes and" player, adding to whatever stupid thing we decided to RP. Amazing, truly.
So imagine my surprise when I joined Herald. Anyway, I will not rehash what went bad, except to say you had it out for me from day one for whatever reason. Yes, I chose "smirks playfully" as my smile emote, was that really what turned you so poisonous against me? I tried my very best to mend things until I could no longer try. But all that occurred was consistently in character, how can I fault you? Raveghna did not like Tamurah. Tamurah did not think Raveghna was a good High Herald, but was inherently determined to make it work. It played out how it was going to.
The only thing that OOC kind of irks me is how you shifted from playing around to very serious at your whim, as a player not a character. Your backstory was a stand-up comedy routine. I lost my father when I was very young. Then when I found him again, we were both already kind of doing our own thing. Funny stuff. But then you decided that it was, in fact, Very Serious when it served you for it to be Very Serious to chastise people or hold their words against them.
So anyway, overall well done. I don't think you were a good High Herald, but I'm not entirely sure you were trying to be? And much of what happened was overblown, because people did lose their cool on you and self-destruct, then you got blamed for it. I think the character was far more positive than negative, both to my personal experience and the good of the game, for whatever it is worth.

Winya: I already said how much I loved hanging out with you and I will do so again here. You were a huge influence on Raveghna and the only person who sussed out she was raised by an actual bear. You mentioned this a few times but Winya being a beastmaster is 100% one of the main reasons Raveghna did her bidding. The other part was because you were the best. Also I’m part native Hawaiian and putting together your hula outfit was so much fun for me because we have a huge trunk of stuff like that at my parent's place.
Rarywey: More like Rary-bae. The only reason I keep making Heralds is because of how involved and attentive you are to us. I keep accidentally understanding your religion and really want to make a follower one day (but I can’t because I’m so afraid of being hurt again.). Every time we meet it’s truly a delight and I can’t wait to keep rolling more characters to keep experiencing that. Every Herald I play is a unique experience and you are a huge part of that. It’s why I keep coming back!
Phili: Hands down my favorite Herald of my entire time playing this game. I cannot express how much I loved the 5000lbs of rage and martial arts in a two and a half foot tall package. Your martial arts demonstration was incredible and my only regret is that I only got to see it once. The game is a better place with you in it.
Rashael: I hope it didn’t seem like I was trying to dismiss or godmode out of the rp that you were tormenting Raveghna with but I have a great reason: Raveghna’s entire life focused on removing the pain of loss by understanding that misery only comes from attachment to the mortal. It was ingrained on her since childhood that loss will occur no matter what she did and so she took strength in the divine. A lot of this character was based on St. Augustine’s Confessions and it Just So Happened that the God of Loss was the one whose ire I drew. The doll scene was really, really good and I appreciate your contributions to the game in general.

You were a fun and quirky Herald - peculiar but very thematic and beautifully RP'ed. You were an absolutely abysmal High Herald that abused induct power to force others to RP your "unique" way and who chased off many talented players (like FMC) away from the MUD and left the Heralds in ruins.
I hope the feedback you received will stick and you will capitalize on the good and steer away from the bad.

One of the best Heralds I've encountered to date. Great understanding of philosophy with their own unique take and you have an eye for making some truly scrumptious sounding dishes.
Also a great friend and a great character. Our times were limited (I experienced a fairly major life change last year) but I truly enjoyed both adventuring and just hanging out with you. Kind, warm, and patient but definitely a kitty with claws who could handle her insane sister: having you calm Raveghna down when she got herself worked up again was -always- funny to me. Of all the Heralds Raveghna met, you were the only one who she felt would be a good (the best) High Herald. Rhanie still has a ton of time left to do some incredible things but I'll still look forward to meeting you in the fields again.
