Ok, separate from the play stuff... how did you get 8 edges?? You didn't max commerce, you didn't max obs, you didn't get a lot of non-role imm exp, you weren't old. I don't get it. What am I missing? explore, cabal leader, role xp, hero, and maybe some retrieval? I don't know, I don't get that many edges without commerce, observation, imm xp, old, etc. I feel like I'm definitely missing something.

You were a strong foe. I never got my revenge. For some reason, my trick with Spitrog never worked with you. I was just unlucky I suppose. That time I first died to you, I was being stupid and just thought I could waltz in and you reminded me that how easy it is to die to a perfectly executed flurry.
